This 1795 Philadelphia edition reprints Richard Brothers' 1794 London publication, in which he proclaims himself a millennialist prophet, Prince of the Hebrews, and descendant of King David. He also predicted a significant role in gathering the Jews back to Palestine. This book is considered the first British-Israelite publication.

He proclaimed himself Prince of the Hebrews, a descendant of David, and nephew of the Almighty, destined to rule Israel until the return of Christ. He claimed to achieve this with a miraculous rod. This work is considered the first British-Israel publication.
