Printed ketubbah on vellum, filled in by hand in New York City on July 5, 1865, for the marriage of Morris Phillips and Bilabat Zekhariyah HaLevi. The ketubbah was printed in Holland. Rabbi Samuel M. Isaacs officiated, and Benjamin Phillip served as a witness. The document is signed by all three individuals.
