This document is an early printing of the Florida Constitution adopted in December 1838. Presented to Congress by David Levy Yulee, it includes a census detailing the population: 25,143 Whites, 21,132 Slaves, and 958 Free Blacks. The document also highlights Yulee's role on the Florida Constitutional Committee. Published circa 1838.

This pamphlet contains a corrected census report of Maryland submitted by Reuben Etting, United States Marshal for the District of Maryland, to President Thomas Jefferson on December 23, 1801. The report includes a transmittal letter from Etting. Etting's appointment to this federal position by Jefferson is noteworthy, as Maryland law at the time prohibited Jews from holding state office.

Issue of the New-York Journal & Patriotic Register newspaper published in New York, New York on November 9, 1791. This issue includes advertisements from Gomez and Nathan, notably a bilingual (English and French) advertisement by Nathan. The newspaper also contains the first official U.S. Census compiled by Thomas Jefferson.
