Deed - Isaac Franks, Ephrata, Pennsylvania, January 10, 1807
This vellum deed documents the transfer of a large tract of land, known as "Pleasant Valley" and comprising 336.75 acres, from Isaac Franks to his daughter, Sarah Eliza Hoofnagel, and her husband, John Hoofnagel.
