CDV -Cooper & Levy Camping Delivery Cart....104 & 106 1st Ave., Seattle Washington. Isaac Cooper (1857?-1945), a New York native, had been a businessman in Farmington, Whitman County, before coming to Seattle. His brother-in-law Louis Levy (d. 1947) was a California native who ran a general store with his father in Genesee, Idaho.
